Add about 400 ml of water into the Bowl and whisk together to make a smooth batter. Heat the non stick pan and when it is hot enough, take a ladle full of the Chilla batter and pour on the center of the pan and spread it to make the Chilla. Cook the Chilla on medium flame till the top looks cooked & then flip & cook the other side too. Cook upto 2 to 3 minutes on both sides till it turns crisp & golden brown. Make about 8 Chilla's with this batter. Serve hot & ready Chilla's with curd, chutney or ketchup. Note - No other ingredients need to be added to this mixture.
